Let’s begin our arm balancing practice.

Below, you’ll gain access to your online classes. All of the classes are available right now! It’s important to move through the classes in order, and to take your time with them. Feel free to repeat each class as often as you need to, and revisit the series as often as you like.

I might suggest investing in a few props: a yoga mat you like, a set of yoga blocks, and a blanket will come in handy for these videos, and for your lifelong practice.
